When you list your home with The Earp Group, we will arrange an appointment for you with our Real Estate Staging Consultant, Brenda Rogers. Brenda will look at your home with a fresh, objective eye, trained to look at your property through the eyes of a buyer. Her assessment will include looking at the yard and the exterior of your home, all the rooms in your home, all closets and cabinets, as well as the garage. She will propose changes that will improve curb appeal, conquer clutter, and create space and make your home as clean as possible. THE HOME STAGING CONSULTATION REPORT Following the consultation, Brenda will provide to you a customized, written consultation report. This report will provide detailed recommendation for all spaces and rooms of your home.
